Yesterday, I was shocked to learn that we were letting Limey and tiny Sneaky go since they were not moving. Also my mum noticed flies around Limey. We said goodbye to them with tearing eyes. My mum thought of putting some of Limey's favourite food, Periwinkle, beside them if they could still eat. We thanked them for bringing us joy for the past 6 weeks. We hope they had enjoyed the safe and well-priced time with us
Today we found a new snail and brought it home. We named it Tamby (tiny) as it was the smallest of them all. We were very worried that the original three snails were not eating. So we picked periwinkle and a type of tiny purple flowers, "lily pad" and the leaves from the snails' habitat. I reminded mama that Tamby was in our container, so I took it out before we washed the flowers. We fed the flowers and leaves to the snails. We stuck the food on the sides of the tank (with eggshells) near to the snails. The snails ate most of it (except lily pad)! I felt very relieved! Tamby and Samy
